1. Services Provided

RenewVisa is a private visa assistance platform, offering services including:

• Dubai visit visa extension
• Inside UAE tourist visa renewal
• Airport-to-Airport (A2A) visa change
• Express visa processing
• Document collection and submission

We are not a government agency, but we work with authorized travel and visa processing partners in the UAE.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
• Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity
• Provide accurate and complete documentation
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including passport copies, visa pages, and supporting documents. Any errors or false submissions may lead to delays, rejections, or legal consequences. RenewVisa will not be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect or misleading information.

4. Payments & Fees

• All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
• Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, except in the case of service failure due to our direct error.
• Full payment is required before visa processing begins.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• We do not store any payment information; transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

• If your visa cannot be processed due to an error on our part
• If the UAE authorities reject the application before submission and we have not yet processed any documents or incurred costs

No refunds will be given:

• After application submission
• If you provide incomplete or inaccurate documents
• If the visa is delayed or rejected by UAE authorities (which we do not control)
